How to Make Fudgy Brownie
π« dark chocolate -200g
π« butter -50g
π« eggs -2
π« instant espresso powder -2tsp
π« all purpose flour -70g
π« brown sugar -50g
π« white sugar -100g
π« all flour
Method :
✰ Beat brown sugar, white sugar and eggs while sugar is completely dissolved.
✰ melt chocolate and butter together and add to egg mixture.
✰Add in instant espresso powder, all purpose flour and fold the battere gently.
✰ pour the batter on 7x7 square tin and bake @175c for 20mins or until the skewer instead comes out with moist crumb. Don't over bake it.
