How To Make Chocolate Banana Bread



Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda 
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 ripened bananas mashed (about 1 cup & 1/2 cup)
- tsp vanilla extract 
- 1 egg
- 60g melted butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar 
- 1/2 cup white sugar 
- 1/2 greek plain yogurt 
- 1 cup chocolate chips 
- 1/3 cup walnuts chopped (optional) 

Methods: 
1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350F and prepping yoyr loaf pan by greasing it with butter & lining with parchment paper. 

2. In a bowl, add mashed bananas, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, yogurt & whisk together until well combined. 

3. Add the brown & white sugar. Mix until sugar is well combined.

4. In a separate bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda & mix. Sift these dry ingredients into the wet-banana mixture & using spatula, gently fold together. 

5. Add the chocolate chips & walnuts (opyional). 

6. Transfer the batter to loaf pan & top wirh more chocolate chips. Bake in the oven for about 40-50 minutes. To test if it's done, insert a toothpick into the bread & if it comes out clean, it's ready!
